Teen Spirit

Directed by Rebecca Thomas and written by Chris Hutton and Eddie O’Keefe, When the Streetlights Go On is an enthralling coming of age tale set in a quiet, all too familiar small town in the mid 90s. As a period piece set 25 years ago, there were a number of invisible VFX shots needed to support the story.

Our visual effects supervisor, Armand Vladau (The Now), was tapped by PictureShop VFX to oversee the pre-production and on set production in Vancouver for this 10-episode flagship show. Stacked with stars like Queen Latifah and Mark Duplass, Streetlights really shines with captivating performances from newcomers Chosen Jacobs (IT) and Kristine Froseth (The Society).

We highly recommend you grab some popcorn and cuddle up with this one!
